It introduces the laws and regulations that govern this policy area and discusses the range of approaches that districts in Wisconsin and elsewhere take.
What Is Our Intention
My goal for this field guide is to demystify school policy and empower community members to engage in informed policy advocacy with their school boards. People who understand what policy is required and how policy is made are better able to envision and advocate for the approaches that will best serve their communities and their kids.
